"KURO-IKKO"is a potato Shochu made only of potato, including the Koji. The Koji we use for KURO-IKKO is a "Black" type Koji. Black is "Kuro" in Japanese. This is where the name comes from. A product of the IKKOMON line. A smooth and fragrant flavour profile. Good "On the rocks", with ice and water, or even with hot water.
